5518, NorthWestern Energy spearhead citywide Earth Day cleanup
NorthWestern Energy employees are certainly staying busy in our community. Just yesterday, we were exploring the restoration project of Engine No. 25 which is being led by NorthWestern's Al Hess. Another good deed that employees of NorthWestern recently did was donate an entire truck bed of pet food to the Chelsea Bailey Animal Shelter, a project led by Eric Thorsrud, a fine gentleman I had the pleasure of meeting in line last year in Wal Mart when he was picking up the goods for that year's pet food drive. Paul Babb? What can you say about him other than he leads NorthWestern's public affairs as exemplary as he did when he led Butte-Silver Bow as Chief Executive a few years back. We won't even try to list the improvements and undying positivity that Jon and Cassie Wick of 5518 Designs have brought to the entire city, but we are going to add one more thing to the list. Plus, they have designed a cool new commemorative t shirt for NorthWestern cleanup volunteers that you may even be able to snag if you sign up to help. Just be sure to ask nicely.
NorthWestern's week of service is this week, and employees are excited about the different community improvement projects that are going on this Tuesday. Are you looking for a project to take part in? Here is how you can help.
In conjunction with 5518, NorthWestern volunteer crews will be cleaning up various neighborhoods in Uptown Butte. If you are interested in helping, please hit up Eric Thorsrud at eric.thorsrud@northwesternenergy.com.
