Scheduled to run on Wednesday nights from 7:00 to 9:00 PM, starting April 3rd and concluding on July 3rd, the Citizens Police Academy is a 14-week program that provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of law enforcement practices. Open to all citizens, this free program aims to bridge the gap between the community and the police force.

During the academy, participants will engage in various training sessions and demonstrations covering a wide range of topics, including Crime Scene Processing, Defensive Tactics, Narcotic Investigation, Firearms Training, SWAT operations, and more. Through interactive learning experiences, attendees will gain firsthand knowledge of the protocols, regulations, and challenges faced by law enforcement professionals.
