Kenny Owens, a beloved figure in the Williston community, has devoted his life to service and protection. Recently, Kenny has been facing health challenges, requiring an extended hospital stay and rehabilitation.

Now, it's our turn to give back to a man who has given so much.

A Legacy of Dedication

Kenny, served in the Army from 1972 to 1974, followed by a stint in the National Guard from 1975 to 1976. His dedication to public service continued when he became a police officer in Crosby, ND. In 1977, Kenny and his family relocated to Williston, where he began a remarkable 40-year career with the Williston police department. His bravery was exemplified in 1980 when he was shot in the line of duty.

Beyond his police work, Kenny played a pivotal role in community events, particularly the All-City Halloween Party, ensuring its success for decades.
