What Montanans Are Saying About Implementing A 4-Day Work Week
I asked Montanans, via social media, if they were in favor of or against a 4-day work week in Montana.
I bring it up because a senator in Maine is proposing a 4-day work week as the norm, according to the Main Wire.
Our loyal and opinionated followers chimed in with their responses. It felt like the majority of people were in favor of implementing a 4-day work week, but only slightly.
There were plenty of comments suggesting that a 4-day work week is lazy.
Here were some of the best responses.
Those in favor... say AYE
"Friday off! Life is too short to work 5/7 days a week! 4/7 is wayyy more balanced," said Jannie.
There were differences even among those who were in favor of a 4-day work week. What day would you pick? Jannie said Friday, but others had different suggestions.
"I work 4 - 10s and have Mondays off. I love having the day after a busy weekend off," said Rita.
"Yup but only if it's 4 13 hour days and I want Wednesday off," said Dustin.
"It's called four 10s. Easy peasy. Same amount of hours, same pay. Three free days," said Albert.
And then there were those who were, let's just say, not for it.

Those opposed say NAY
"I'd rather you all jest get some work done instead of vaping and bull****tin yer way to a paycheck," said John.
"I just worked 55 hours in three days. I choose to do this work. The government should not be dictating it. Its akin to dictating production. This is the slippery slope towards communism/socialism," said Chad.
"I get bored if I have that much time on my hands," said John.
And then we had some really bizarre responses, responses that tried to kill the fun of a hypothetical like this.

I won't be including them here.
Let us know in the poll below if you'd support a 4-day work week.
