Yet ANOTHER 5″ New Snow Possible for the Beartooth Foothills Monday
The Beartooth Foothills in the Red Lodge area will continue to see snow pile up on Monday, on top of what already fell this weekend. Up to 5 more inches could fall by Tuesday morning.
More snow is a good thing for many reasons, especially for the mountains surrounding Red Lodge. According to the USDA SNOWTEL map, two readings in the area are measuring less than 50% of average snowpack so far.

Red Lodge Mountain reported this on Monday morning: "Mother Nature is sharing a bit of winter’s finest with another 2″ overnight & it’s still coming down. The forecast is calling for another 3″, chilly temps & foggy skies."
