Gusts Up To 50 Mph Expected From Glacier To Butte On Tuesday
Almost all of western Montana may experience very gusty winds today of up to 50 MPH. The Rocky Mountain Front from Glacier National Park down to Butte and the surrounding area are all under Wind Advisories.
The Wind Advisories vary a bit from north to south, so both are included here. After several days of very hot, dry weather - this cold front is strong, but shouldn't last very long.
Southwestern Montana's wind advisory DOES last longer than those surrounding Glacier National Park, FYI. Also, thunderstorms and rain are more likely to affect southwest Montana.
