New Affordable Apartments Coming to Bozeman

The Bozeman Real Estate Group reports that United Housing Partners and HRDC are teaming up to build a new affordable housing complex in Bozeman.

Hidden Creek will consist of 182 apartments designated for low-income housing tax credit units and eight rowhomes that will be available for sale with equity restrictions.

This project will be between Durston Road and Oak Street on Juniper Street on a 9.8-acre lot.

Hidden Creek is in the review stage and could move quickly by the end of 2025.

This project is fantastic news for many in the Bozeman area.
