Our Townsquare Media Bismarck/Mandan studios sit proudly here in Mandan...On the Strip

There are reports that our building has been here since at least the 40s - 4303 Memorial Highway -  I can tell you this for sure though, we don't have the same employees! For quite a while, we had heard that there was going to be construction on the strip, which was inevitable. April 1st was going to be THE day everything would change, no kidding., but Mother Nature had her say on that.

Once construction began, it wasn't nearly as bad as most people thought

Some were predicting a major nightmare with traffic issues and headaches getting around local businesses. I have found that everyone involved has been super cooperative and respectful.

Of course, there will always be those who become annoyed and irritated over anything new going on... 

...EVEN if they don't have to come into Mandan! Once a new lane was all set and it resembled a roller coaster, now they are working on the opposite side of the street, and just a tad into our very own parking lot - if you find yourself coming over to see us to pick up a prize, WE ARE STILL OPEN! Be patient pulling in though, you have a little bit of company to deal with :)
