Hunting Harassment in North Dakota 

Do we have a problem like the incident I'm about to tell you about? We do have laws in place to protect both hunters and fishermen in the state of North Dakota. You can't legally interfere with a lawful hunt or fishing outing.

In the North Dakota Century Code, it lays it out like this. "North Dakota law prohibits hunter harassment, making it illegal to intentionally interfere with the lawful taking of wildlife." You can find this in (NDCC) section 20.1-01-31.

If you follow me at all, you know I'm a pretty big hunter and fisherman in North Dakota. I can truthfully say I've only had one person try to interfere with a hunt I've been on all these years. I think overall we are pretty lucky that hunting and fishing is an accepted activity in the state, even if you don't hunt and fish.

One of the more famous "hunter harassments" we've had in the state happened a few years back. It involved a man from Bismarck. You can read more about that below.

A SHOCKING Video has Surfaced

A video started circulating on social media pages a couple of days back involving a guide from Columbia Coast Outfitters, his hunting clients, and a "Karen" who decided to skip her meds and fly off the handle on these hunters, who were within their legal rights to be doing what they were doing (hunting ducks). This incident did NOT happen in North Dakota, but in Washington state, where Columbia Coast Outfitters guides waterfowl hunts.

Very STRONG language, mostly by the woman berating the hunters for again doing what they have the right to do.
