Sidney’s Sunset Festival July 22
Who's looking forward to the hottest day of the year? Richland County's biggest Arts and Crafts Festival is almost here. Sunrise Festival is switching to Sunset Festival. They're hoping the switch to evening hours and a more consolidated time frame will save vendors and attendees from too much heat. The festival is back in Veterans Park and the Sidney Chamber of Commerce wants to see you there on Saturday, July 22, from 4:00pm - midnight.
The arts and crafts festival was established in 1990 in an effort to boost local tourism while also giving regional artists a platform to market their goods.
This year the festival celebrates 32 years in Sidney Montana. Sunset Festival connects local and regional artists, craftspeople, and authors with shoppers and enthusiasts. The Sidney Chamber works tirelessly to plan this event.
Saturday, July 22 from 4:00pm - midnight (mountain time) at Veterans Memorial Park. Check out vendors, food trucks, a car show and live music from Bluebelly Junction. There will also be a quick draw demo & auction and more! The Kids Corner will include several bouncy features and a “business by kids contest”.
Artists, crafters, pop-up shops, small businesses, direct sellers, musicians and food trucks will all be in attendance. Local Charley Pelvit-Ehmsen with her JC Creations business is the featured artist for the Sunset Festival. Charley is a jack-of-all-trades most recently specializing in leatherwork, jewelry and antler art.
There are still sponsorship and vendor opportunities available. Artists, crafters, pop-up shops, food trucks, small businesses, and musicians are all encouraged to get a booth and join in the fun.
