Kids Summer Art Camp Kicks Off Next Week at Long X Arts Foundation in Watford City

If you are a parent or grandparent trying to keep the kiddos entertained this summer, sign them up for Kids Summer Art Camp with the Long X Arts Foundation in Watford City. Art classes for kids can boost creative abilities and self esteem, they encourage imagination and help build connections and community.

The Kids Summer Art Camp's are for 1st graders and up. The kids will get to explore painting, sculpting, ceramics, weaving and more. There will be an art show every Friday! Registration is required. The cost is $120 for full 4 day session.

Art Camp is Tuesday-Friday from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

It's Fair Week! The theme is "Gold Buckle Dreams" and Long X Arts Foundation will have some fun art projects for you on Saturday, June 17th. Stop by their booth at the McKenzie County Ag Expo from 3:30 - 4:30 PM to paint your own western wooden ornament (free for all ages).

Saturday, June 17 is Rodeo Day at the McKenzie County Fair. Make it a date night and join them at 4:00 pm before the rodeo to make cute boot wall hangers.
