Here’s this week’s schedule of events at the Covellite

As September opens, a full week of fun activities, music and more is planned at The Covellite, 215 W. Broadway in Historic Uptown Butte.  Here's what's happening this week.

TUESDAY - OPEN MIC NIGHT

Another fun open mic night is planned, tonight's event hosted by Aaron Armstrong.  Signups start at 7pm, showtime is 8pm and Open Mic Night is brought to you by Ziply Fiber and Townsquare Media.

WEDNESDAY - FREE MOVIE NIGHT

Wednesday's free movie on the big screen is Super Mario Galaxy and showtime is 8pm.  Free Movie Night is sponsored by Clearwater Credit Union and Townsquare Media.

FRIDAY - JESSE, THE OCELOT

Jesse, The Ocelot is a multi-instrumentalist from Bigfork and a longtime part of the music scene in Missoula.  Jesse, The Ocelot moves between guitars, keyboards, percussion and vocal loops, creating layered soundscapes that feel both intimate and expansive.  His music blends original songs and familiar covers with powerful vocals, reverb-soaked harmonies, warm guitar melodies and a jazzy, soulful edge.  Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 at the door and showtime is 9pm.

SATURDAY - ROCK THE PIT

This free live music performance features six Montana bands as RockTop Nation brings together music lovers and mental health advocates to explore the powerful connection between rock music and mental wellness.  Through community events, open conversations and shared experiences, their goal is to create a space where people can connect, express themselves and find support through music.  The music starts at 6pm and will feature performances from ALL4NONE, American Horse Pirates, Born of Ghosts, Busted Dreams, Day X Day and Half Past.
